About OneInchTall
one inch tall = catherine
Howdy! I am originally from Virginia, then expatriated to a foreign country known as Texas, home of big hair and beef. When I have time away from my day job, I love to write poetry. I can usually judge the productivity of my writing by the state of my house. The more I write, the bigger the pile of dirty dishes and laundry – much to the chagrin of the man and two children who live with me. With luck, my house will soon be in complete shambles.
One Inch Tall is named after a poem by Shel Silverstein. It began as a book blog to reflect my love of reading, but now focuses mainly on my poetry. Hopefully you’ll kick off your shoes and stay awhile!

Love the name, the site, and the writing! I look forward to more posts, so keep ‘em coming!
Thanks! Love yours, too!
Dear Catherine
Lovely site and all good thoughts go with you as you poem and pen your novel.
